Return Policy
At Oregon Outdoor Designs, each product is built with care and attention to detail. Because many of our systems are made to order or custom-built, all sales are considered final once production begins.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. We’re happy to answer any questions before purchase to ensure the product is right for your needs.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and lead times vary depending on the size and nature of the order. Custom builds may require additional time.
Once your product ships, we’ll provide tracking information. Oregon Outdoor Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances after shipment.
For local customers, we also offer pickup or delivery options—just ask!
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, or shipping address) will only be used to process your order, provide customer support, or communicate updates about Oregon Outdoor Designs.
We will never sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping providers).

Warranty Policy
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Oregon Outdoor Designs offers a limited 1-year warranty on all drawer systems and storage solutions for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions.
